My city break was made even better by the great experience at this hotel. the spacious and clean room was a pleasure to return to every evening. the highlight, however, was the comfortable bed and great air conditioning that helped me get a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to key landmarks and attractions. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus to kickstart my day.

Communication issues with the staff made it difficult to understand the extra tax added to the bill, which was frustrating.

The room was spotlessly clean, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly, although there was a slight language barrier. Despite that, I felt that they made an effort to assist me. Although the breakfast was simple with just coffee and toast, it was included in the room rate. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Granda Inn and would recommend it.
